A mother of two was viciously attacked in her New Jersey home by a burglar, while her 3-year-old daughter watched.
But unfortunately for the thief, the entire attack was caught on tape by a hidden nanny cam.
Last Friday around 10:30 a.m., a man broke into the home and began assaulting her. He delivered numerous punches to her face and head, and even threw her down a set of stairs at one point.
“I knew that if I started screaming, my daughter would too, and I was afraid she would get hurt,” the mother told News 12 New Jersey. “I took it. I didn’t cry the entire time.”
Her 18-month-old son was upstairs taking a nap. Thankfully, none of the kids were hurt during this incident.
As for the mother, she suffered a concussion and facial injuries. The robber also left with several pieces of jewelry, including the woman’s wedding ring.
The suspect is a 5’11 black male with a “light salt and pepper beard” and a $5,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to his arrest.
Here’s hoping the police get to him before he does this to anybody else. We’re glad the family is safe.
