If you were wondering where Keri Hilson‘s been all this time on the music front, no worries, because she’s back!
The Pop/R&B songstress has been making promotional rounds for new music that she’s working on, and announced that she’s just about ready to release a dope single for her fans.
“Musically, I did take a break. It seemed long to everyone, but it was a pretty brief hiatus. But I’m back in the studio, putting together my album. We are pretty close to choosing the single. We’ve thought we have chosen the single. We are almost there,” she said.
And when asked about a future Kanye West collaboration, Keri mentioned that she has linked up with Yeezus during her downtime from making music. If you recall, the two collaborated on Keri’s “Knock You Down” back in 2009.
“I’ve actually worked with him. I can’t say much about it, but it was awesome. He’s a genius. I really, really enjoyed working with him.”
Keri Hilson added that her new music will be a way of trying to “re-introduce” herself to the world.
Well all we have to say is … hello, Ms. Keri!
