Before the fame, before the Bugatti, before the broken Rollie, Ace Hood was a regular kid coming up in the hood.

The rapper details all of these struggles on “Before the Rollie” the latest release off of his upcoming Trials & Tribulations album.

The song, which Funkmaster Flex and Hot 97 premièred last night, was produced by Sonny Digital and features a verse from Maybach Music’s second-in-command, Meek Mill.

This song is struggle-rap at its finest as Meek spits rhymes like:

“Remember them days I was ridin’ ’round in that murk
No A/C cause the shit don’t work, plus no radio to make shit worse
I’da come a long way and they know it
Fuck where you at its about where you goin.’”

Give the song a chance above and look out for Trials & Tribulations , which drops on Tuesday.
