We will always love you.

Whitney Houston‘s tombstone arrived last week and was officially delivered to her final resting place, which had been vacant since her death in 2012.

The inscription on the headstone truly captured the feeling of a generation, quoting one of her most famous song lyrics in “I Will Always Love You” from The Bodyguard soundtrack.

Although the song was originally written and performed by Dolly Parton, “I Will Always Loves You” is the perfect phrase for our girl Whitney.

The headstone is described as being heart shaped and made out of granite. The inscription reads: “Whitney E. Houston Aug. 9, 1963– Feb. 11, 2012… THE VOICE… I Will Always Love You.”

Whitney is buried in Westfield, New Jersey’s Fairview Cemetery in a plot next to her father.

You can head on over to TMZ to see a photo of the beautiful headstone.
