Yesterday, Kanye West had another run-in with the paparazzi as he arrived into LAX, but this one might have a different ending that doesn’t look too good.
After assaulting a paps member and trying to take his camera, the Yeezus rapper is now a felony suspect with the police and is facing attempted robbery charges.
According to TMZ, cops are currently putting a file together, and the paparazzi guy is planning to press charges against Kanye.
The site reports:
The victim wants to press charges against Kanye … law enforcement sources tell TMZ. What’s more, our sources say he’s been interviewed by cops and they’ve determined he did indeed suffer injuries during the attack. Cops will refer the case to the D.A. as a felony attempted robbery and not a battery case. The routine is to go after the suspect for the most serious charge.
Apparently things got more out of hand than it looked, since the victim did go to the hospital with some injuries from the attack.
Oh boy! Kanye better rack up a good team of lawyers and prepare for war. This doesn’t look good!
