Lana Del Rey has announced the kick-start of her acting career, as she will be starring in a new short film titled Tropico.
The “Young and Beautiful” singer revealed the film is based on a story of redemption of body electric music, gods and monsters, and Bel-Air.
We wonder if the redemption of gods and monsters has any relation to Lana’s recent single “So Legit,” in which she spit fire and got her claws out attacking the mother of all the little monsters, Lady Gaga.
We’ll just have to wait and see.
Male model Shaun Ross will also star in the 30-minute film, which is set to drop in a theater near you soon.
