When you’re celebrating your birthday, sometimes things can really take an unexpected turn!
According to TMZ, Kat Dahlia – whose real name is Katriana Huguet – was pulled over for speeding around 3 a.m. this morning with her headlights off in the city of Miami. When the police officer approached her vehicle – a 2013 Nissan – the distinct smell of alcohol was detected.
It was also reported that the officer noticed that Kat’s eyes were blood shot and her speech was slurred as well. And to make the situation worse, she allegedly resisted arrest and refused to adhere to a field sobriety test.
Kat Dahlia is currently being detained for a misdemeanor DUI and resisting arrest, with a $2,000 bail.
She just turned 23. What a way to celebrate your b-day!
