The anticipation for Jay Z‘s music video for “Picasso Baby” has been building ever since, tweets, instagrams and vines from lucky on set guest hit the web.
Jay shot a six-hour marathon performance at Chelsea’s Pace Gallery, with a bunch of different movers and shakers in the audience taking part in the video and we finally have the outcome.
Hov premiered the video immediately following his appearance on Real Time with Bill Maher and it definitely stars some noticeable faces, including Judd Apatow, Rosie Perez, Taraji P Henson, Marina Abramovic, Wale and more.
Director, Mark Romanek who also worked “99 Problems” turned about 30 hours of footage into a 10-min piece fittingly titled Picasso Baby: A Performance Art Film and it was truly an organic, magical moment.
