Hollywood stars, some young and some seasoned, made an appearance on the red carpet at the 2013 Young Hollywood Awards, held Thursday night in Santa Monica, California.
The camera’s flash captured popular female starlets Kelly Osborne, Lucy Hale, and Cat Deeley on the carpet dressed to the nines, while Miguel and Lance Bass stylishly repped for the males. Looks on the carpet varied, as some celeb ensembles echoed summer and others opted for basic colored hues.
The awards show, hosted this year by Aisha Tyler, is deemed the “Oscars of Young Hollywood,” aiming to recognize the purists of Hollywood’s emerging talents. Noted victors of the evening included Miguel, Selena Gomez, and Lucy Hale.

Cat Deeley went for the asymmetrical look too, but paired her top with a color-bursting pleated skirt.
AnnaSophia Robb is prim and proper in this floral strapless number and metallic gold pumps.
Though Selena Gomez was absent on the red carpet, we had to give her props for her sleek, studded and strappy acceptance ensemble.
