Rumors have been swirling and swirling that Katy Perry has hooked up with Robert Pattinson but the singer is shutting the chatter all the way down!
The outspoken pop star went to great lengths to prove that the two are really just friends, telling UK Elle:
‘He’s my bud, I’m like his big sister. We just hang out.”
Katy continued:
‘One of the things I’m most proud of is not sleeping with you, Robert.” And that’s true.’
Well damn!
Just how close of friends are these two? So close, that the diva even farts in front the actor! The 28-year-old says:
‘I fart in front of him. Properly fart. And I never, ever fart in front of a man I am dating. That’s a rule.’
Reports recently claimed that a heartbroken Kristen felt ‘betrayed’ over Katy’s friendship with Robert, so the singer contacted the actress to reassure her their relationship was strictly platonic. According to reports Katy sent Kristen a text message saying:
“I know you’ve seen all this stuff, but you know I would never disrespect you. I’m not that person. I’m just trying to be a friend to him, but it is unfortunate that I do have a set of t**s.’
It seems Katy is definitely trying to stay clear of any drama. Men and women can just be friends… right?
