Could Rihanna be working on her eighth studio album in eight years? According to Italian MTV, she is.
Rumor has it that Rihanna is working with Nicky Romero on new material during the “next few weeks.” We know it seems like yesterday when Rihanna rounded up over one hundred journalists and fans to fly across the world on that disastrous “777” promo tour to seven cities in seven countries in seven days.
Despite the inclination that Rihanna was going to take a much-needed break from music to enjoy the finer things in life, it seems like the 25-year-old singer can’t stay out of the studio.
Guess we’ll have to wait and see if the rumors are true. As the world knows, Rihanna’s reign just won’t let up, so it’s quite possible the Bajan pop princess will drop a new album by the end of the year.
