The September issues have spoken!
Every fall, we stock up on the most important magazine issues of the year that are filled with pages of trends, editorials and runway photos to feed our fashionista souls. Though they don’t hit the stands until later this month, we’re already seeing a fashion face-off of grand Gucci proportions.
The dress of the season has been declared, and Sarah Jessica Parker, Blake Lively and Kate Upton are dueling it out on the pages of Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE China and ELLE, respectively, in a Fall 2013 Gucci gown we saw on the runway back in February.
It’s a see-through slinky lace number embroidered in feathers, fringe and sequins that’s demure yet sexy at the same time. Gossip Girl Blake and model-of-the-moment Kate both wore this gold-embellished version in their spreads.
While Sex and the City gal SJP wore this blue long-sleeve variation for her shoot.
There’s no question that all three cover girls look amazing in the gown, but we want to know, who wore it better?
