It has been tough for Lea Michelle since the death of her boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith but it looks like the actress may have found the strength to make her first appearance since the tragedy.
Rumor has it the Glee star will show face at tonight’s Teen Choice Awards. According to People magazine the awards is planning a tribute to Cory and the entire Glee cast is expected to be in attendance.
Sadly, a source tells the site Lea has been having such a difficult time.
“Every day is so hard. Just getting up in the morning means remembering that Cory is gone. It’s incredibly painful.”
*sad face*
Last week, the actress emerged for the first time since Cory’s death, having a girls-day out as she headed to Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s baby shower.
If she can manage, we hope to see Lea strut her stuff on the red carpet tonight and we send her our prayers in this time of grief.
