August Alsina just dropped his new single, “Ghetto” featuring Rich Homie Quan.
The Louisiana-based R&B singer professes his love for a girl straight from the hood, describing the sexual and emotional trappings she’s got him in; as he depicts this girl’s rough up-bringing in the projects and her audacious attitude.
“I love the way you keep them heels on/And you keep it real when it comes to having sex/You keep it hood no matter where you are/Cause you come from the ghetto/Love them from the ghetto/ Girl you the type I like/Hold it down and you never let them haters come around,” sings August
“She G-H-E-T-T-O/I f*ck with you baby/She born and raised in the projects/You my only if you don’t leave me,” raps Homie Quan.
