What’s up doc? Dr. Phil caused quite an outrage when he posted a question on Twitter asking people’s opinions on being drunk and raping someone. This specific question angered many people who saw it, believing it was downright insensitive. And because of this chaos, the tweet has since been deleted. [HuffPost]

Present day politicians aren’t the only ones that have had technology put them on blast! Tapes have now been revealed of former President Nixon’s conversations in which he expresses anti-Semitic and racist opinions. In one phone conversation, Henry Kissinger, who is a Jewish man, and Nixon were discussing the U.S. Soviet summit. Worried that someone in the event would cause unwanted trouble, Nixon stated to Kissinger: “Let me say, Henry, it’s gonna be the worst thing that happened to Jews in American history.” He then continues, “I won’t mind one goddamn but to have a little anti-Semitism if it’s on that issue.” In another conversation with his wife, Pat Nixon, the president asks, “You know it’s funny, the little black kids are so uncommunicative, aren’t they? Good golly.” [Atlantic Wire]

Well, this is scary! During the day, Ayo Kimathi is a Department of Homeland Security employee. But by night, he has a second job as the creator of a hate site called War on the Horizon where he describes President Obama as “a treasonous mulatto scum dweller … who will fight against reparations for Black people in amerikkka, but in favor of fag rights for freaks in amerikkka and Afrika.” The Southern Poverty Law Center has described Kimathi as “a gay-bashing, revenge-seeking black nationalist who advocates on his website – War on the Horizon – the mass murder of whites and the ‘ethnic cleansing’ of ‘black-skinned Uncle Tom race traitors.'” Some of Kimathi’s targets include well known figures such as President Obama, Oprah Winfrey and Lil Wayne! Kimathi has since been fired. [Gawker]

An unidentified woman is now suing the state of Massachusetts for forcing her to have a 16 year relationship with a man who raped her in 2009 when she was just 14 years old. Jamie Melendez was 20 years old when he entered the house of the middle school student and forced her to have sex with him. Because of this attack, the victim became pregnant and Melendez was sentenced to 16 years of probation and forced to pay her $110 a week ever since. Now, Melendez wants to be granted visitation rights to the daughter that he fathered with his rape victim, so the mother has decided to sue the state. [DailyMail UK]

Mayor Bloomberg and NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly had a press conference to inform the public about the biggest gun bust in New York City history. But, they didn’t mention the person that led them to the bust. Brooklyn rapper Matthew Best often posted on his Instagram the amounts of money he would make by selling guns out of his studio. When authorities found out about his account, they began a months-long investigation, finding out that the guns were coming from North and South Carolina. The bust led to 254 guns being confiscated, 36 of them stolen. Lesson of the day: Posting illegal activity on the internet can get you in a whole heap of trouble, kiddos. [Gawker]
