The Beastie Boys’ “No Sleep Till Brooklyn” has become the anthem that has built our anticipation for the closely upcoming MTV VMA 2013 awards and thanks to the network we got a break down of the making and success of the track entitled, “No Sleep Till Brooklyn: The Oral Story.”
While none of the original group mates made an appearance, with commentary from our very own Russell Simmons and his long-time assistant SImone Reyes and others we completely get schooled on what made the song such a hit and why it is the perfect theme song for this year’s award show.
