R&B singer, Anthony Hamilton was pulled over and arrested for a DWI early this morning at around 2:30 am in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
According to TMZ, the singer was first pulled over for speeding but it was then suspected he was under the influence and then the police arrested him on charges of driving while impaired.
The site says he was released from jail later Sunday morning.
