So this terrible thing happened at a Pennsylvania sports bar.
Amanda Catherine Hein was watching a wrestling match with three guy friends at the Starters Pub in Lower Saucon Township, when she started having back pains.
Excusing herself from the table, Hein soon realized that those back pains were actually labor pains – she was going to give birth to a premature baby boy. The baby, born a month early, was otherwise healthy. But that didn’t mean a thing to Hein.
The 26-year-old would later confess to investigators that she suffocated the child with a garbage bag, and left his body inside a toilet tank.
Covered in blood, Hein eventually returned to her party after a 40-minute absence, but refused to tell the men what happened.
She reportedly continued watching the WWE SummerSlam for another hour before leaving the bar.
None of the men she was with knew she was pregnant or that the horrific event had taken place just feet away from them. The next day, the cleaning crew found the baby inside the toilet.
Hein has been charged with the intentional killing of a child under the age of 12. She is being held without bail.
