Jaylen Bledsoe is a 15-year-old high school sophomore who built a $3.5 million IT company in two years – can you say genius?!

When he was 13-years-old, Jaylen started his very own IT company, Bledsoe Technologies, that specialized in web design. He never stopped developing his business and it has since grown into a global enterprise worth millions. Jaylen started off with just two workers and now has over 150 contracted employees.

Most entrepreneurs can’t accomplish the same in 10 years, let alone 2, and that isn’t even taking into account the fact that he’s a teenager.

Not surprisingly, Jaylen has held many leadership roles in and outside of school, including: President of the Student Council and the Parent Teacher Student Association, Chief Technology Officer of a program made to promote teen volunteerism, and the young guy is even the reason his former middle school started serving vegetarian options to its current students.

Jaylen’s advice to other young entrepreneurs?

“Take risks. As a minor, there’s nothing you can do that will shoot you down for too long. You can always jump back up and keep going.”

Wow! We’re definitely inspired by this kid. Check out his story in full via the video below.

So, when does he find time for homework?
