Tuki Carter stopped by the No Judgment Zone to chop it up with our man BlogXilla about everything. He gave us the inside scoop on his tattoo career, joining Taylor Gang, his feelings on fake booties and Miley Cyrus.
When Tuki first popped up on the scene, he was a tattoo artist to the stars – kind of. Carter admittedly spent more time going out and recruiting people to tattoo than he did actually tattooing. Eventually he got his head in the game and started pumping out some serious works of art.
Though he was known largely for inking celebs permanently, he was also heavy into rapping and people took notice. He eventually linked up with the BAWSE Rick Ross, who put him in contact with Taylor Gang’s Commander In Keif – I mean Chief – Wiz Khalifa.
The rest, as they say, is history. Tuki’s been Taylored ever since. During his time in the industry he’s had his fair share of run-ins with fake booties, which he shared with us. He also got to kick it with Miley, smoke some weed and get to know a side of her we may never know. According to him, there’s a lot more to her than twerkin’.
