Kanye West’s recent booze-fueled rant at Pusha T’s MNIMN listening party in New York may be coming back to bite him in the butt!
Yeezy may not “give a fuck about non of these corporations,” but he’s seeking their corporate money for his pop-up performances, starting up his fashion line, and various art installations. Unfortunately for him, they’re a bit nervous to work with him.
During the listening party Yeezus hosted for Pusha T’s new album, Ye took a moment to hop on the mic and do what he does best – rant. Kanye went off about corporations and “sellouts.”
“I don’t give a fuck about none of these corporations, none of these fucking sellouts, this is mother fucking Pusha T,” he shouted into the mic.
Yeezy openly admitted he was “a little off that Goose” at the time of his rant, and that may have been his downfall…the party in question was hosted by Hennessy. As if shouting out the wrong liquor brand wasn’t enough, the following day Kanye failed to show up at Nas’ Hennessy-sponsored birthday bash. According to Page Six, Hennessy was pretty disappointed in our man Kanye, and they’re not the only ones.
His angry rants are making other corporations nervous.
“Sponsors are scared away because he’s so unpredictable,” an insider said.
Yikes, Kanye! We love you and your rants, but it may be time to cool it.
