It didn’t take long for a rapper to touch up one of Drake’s Nothing Was the Same album cuts.
His name is Lupe Fiasco and the Chicago-based rapper freestyled over Drake and Jay Z’s stellar collaboration, “Pound Cake.”
On the track, which is called “Pound Of Flesh (Paris, Tokyo 2),” Lupe spends nearly three minutes spitting his abstract bars over the Boi-1da-produced beat.
Near the end of the track, Lupe spends a couple of moments shouting out some of the other Chi-town gunners: Lil Durk, Common, Kanye West, Chance the Rapper and Chief Keef, who Lupe has had issues with in the past.
