When Jada Pinkett-Smith wrote about her “many addictions” we didn’t really have a clue what she was talking about. She’s always seemed to have it together. But, now her stepfather is revealing some troubling moments from her past.
According to Warren A Brown, Jada’s ex-stepfather, when Jada was just a little girl, her mother and him used cocaine while she was in the house.
“At times I felt guilty,” Brown said. “I remember just the three of us in the house together and I knew I was high and so was her mother.
“She didn’t know though, she was too young to recognize it. She didn’t see us doing anything. But I felt really bad because I thought this little girl deserves better than her parents addicted.”
Warren goes on to say that he and Jada were very close, but he had to step away when his next wife asked that he distance himself from his old family.
Interesting stuff. We’ll always love us some Jada.
