It’s been more than four years since the King Of Pop’s death and on Wednesday, a jury rejected the notion that the promoter of Michael Jackson’s comeback concert was linked to his demise. If you recall, Katherine Jackson filed the lawsuit seeking to financially punish the company for hiring the doctor convicted of killing MJ with an overdose of the anesthetic Propofol. [HuffPost]

So this is happening. Russian President Vladimir V. Putin has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. Why? Well for his proposal to dismantle Syria’s chemical weapons stockpile, of course. Never mind the fact that he’s still selling weapons to the murderous government of President Bashar al-Assad of Syria. Makes perfect sense…not. [NYT]

Good news for the Biebs. An L.A. County District Attorney rejected two cases targeting the singer –  the case in which Justin Bieber allegedly spit on his neighbor, and the case in which he allegedly was speeding recklessly in his Calabasas neighborhood. So much for the alleged victim saving the loogie to prove his point (which totally happened). Justin Bieber is still a free man…boy. [TMZ]
