New York police have finally identified the biker who smashed the window of a Range Rover and brutally beat the driver inside.

Reginald Chance, 38, is now the prime suspect in the attack, according to police reports. He can be seen on video using his helmet to break open Alexian Lien’s window before he pulled him out and beat him. Police are still investigating how the altercation started and why Lien drove over another biker, Edwin Mieses, who is now paralyzed.

Chance is described as working at a sandwich shop, where he is both a driver and a manager. The NY Post reports that he is from Guyana.

Earlier this week another biker, 28-year-old Christopher Cruz, was charged with reckless driving. He can be seen on the video intentionally slowing down in front of Lien’s SUV.
