This has to be one of Jimmy Kimmel’s elaborate publicity stunts.
Just a few weeks after Kanye West aired out Jimmy Kimmel on Twitter over a hilarious spoof mocking the “I Am A God” rapper’s epic Zane Lowe interview, ‘Ye will be appearing on the comedian’s late night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Only a few hours after Jimmy Kimmel’s child spoof went viral on the internet, Kanye West tweeted (and now deleted) in all caps:
“JIMMY KIMMEL IS OUT OF LINE TO TRY AND SPOOF IN ANY WAY THE FIRST PIECE OF HONEST MEDIA IN YEARS.”
Kanye went on and on about various topics regarding Jimmy Kimmel, but the overall sentiment was that Kanye was pissed (with a capital P). Last night, Jimmy Kimmel took to Twitter to announce that Kanye will appear on his show tonight.
TOMORROW NIGHT, MY GUEST WILL BE @kanyewest (for real, yes and was it all a setup, no)
— Jimmy Kimmel (@jimmykimmel) October 8, 2013
People are a little suspicious after it was revealed that a video of a young woman catching on fire while twerking for her boyfriend was a hoax created by Mr. Kimmel himself.
Jimmy maintains his feud with Kanye is not a joke or a “setup,” but we’ll see. Will you be tuning in to see Yeezus and Jimmy go head-to-head tonight?
