Things are about to get messy.
Kardashian Klan patriarchs Kris and Bruce Jenner announced their official separation yesterday, and if they get divorced, it could mean a showdown over a $125 million dollar fortune.
The couple announced they are living separately in different houses (something we already knew thanks to Keeping Up with the Kardashians). But after 22 years of marriage, this could really be the end for the mega couple. RadarOnline reports:
“This is going to be a very bitter pill for Kris to swallow because when they divorce is finalized, she’ll have to split half the family fortune with Bruce,” a source with knowledge of the situation revealed to Radar.
“Kris demanded that Kim and Khloe get prenups… but in a touch of irony, she didn’t get one when she married Bruce.”
The couple denied having problems for months, so why are they finally admitting it now?
Allegedly, things escalated when Kris got caught emailing her ex, and then when you add the alleged many sexless nights, living in separate homes and Kris spotted out with Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend Jason Trawick, things really went in a different direction.
Meanwhile, Bruce spent the day playing golf and eating Pinkberry with his daughters Kylie and Kendall, and no one seemed to be fazed by the announcement in the least.
Let’s be honest, this split is news to no one.
