Guess Philadelphia can’t be called the city of Brotherly Love after this incident.
Police caught the brutal attack of a 33-year-old blind man in the Germantown section of Philly. On October 2, the man was shoved, beaten and robbed by a suspect that police have yet to find and that the victim didn’t recognize by voice. He suffered injuries to his head and face.

But what some are calling “even more upsetting” is that you can see multiple witnesses walk right past the man being beaten without even intervening.
It’s hard to bash witnesses and say what they could have done in that situation, especially since we weren’t there. But on the other hand, shouldn’t passerby help those who are in trouble, especially in the case of a blind man?
