Grand Theft Auto V is the hottest video game out.

But according to rapper Daz Dillinger, GTA V jacked his beats and did not pay him a cent.

Don’t think Daz is going to let them get away with this. The ex-member of the notorious Dogg Pound fired back at the makers of GTA V with a cease and desist letter.

Daz and his attorney say “C-Walk” and “Nothin’ But the Cavi Hit” are used in the game, even though Daz turned down the company’s “low offer of $4,271 for both songs.”

Daz is firing back, asking that there be a recall of ALL unsold copies of the game and that they be destroyed.

We’re not sure if Daz realizes that more than 15 million copies of GTA V have already been sold, with just as many copies still sitting on shelves.

Stay tuned to see what happens.
