Get ready to laugh a little more, because Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are going to host the Golden Globes for the next two years.
To make it even better, the Golden Globe Awards is the show where most of the celebrities get drunk, which guarantees more laughs!
“Tina and Amy are two of the most talented comedic writer/performers in our business, and they were a major reason the Golden Globes was the most entertaining awards show of last season,” said NBC president of alternative and late night programming Paul Telegdy. “We’re elated they wanted to host together again and that they committed for the next two years.”
The last time the duo hosted, their hilarious performance transferred over to ratings. Amy and Tina pulled in 19.7 million total viewers for the 2013 show – the highest the Globes had seen in 6 years.
