Chris Brown was accused of shoving a young woman from Orange County to the ground last June, and now Breezy is countersuing the woman, who his lawyers claim was “heavily intoxicated,” for defamation.

Deanna Gines – the 24-year-old girl who was allegedly injured by Chris after a concert at Heat Ultralounge – is being accused of fabricating her entire story, as apparently, Chris never touched her. Chris’ lawyer Mark Geragos states in the lawsuit:

“Ms. Gines was observed by witnesses as being heavily intoxicated and falling over herself in a drunken stupor throughout the night. Ms. Gines was observed by witnesses haphazardly screaming, ‘F—K Y’ALL,’ to employees of Heat Ultralounge and throwing her clothing at security. Ms. Gines is either a complete liar seeking a payout or attention (or both) from Mr. Brown, or Ms. Gines seeks to deflect blame for her own humiliating drunken escapades.”

Just as Chris Brown is dealing with Deanna – who is seeking punitive damages for emotional distress – another issue (depending on how he looks at it) arises. Apparently, someone has put a spin on the infamous 50 Shades of Grey tale to incorporate the violent story of Chrianna, and it’s called 50 Shades of Sin.

Here’s how RadarOnline is reporting it:

“50 Shades of Sin, by ‘J. Lola,’ is ‘the strange story of [pop stars] Robyn [Rihanna’s real name] and Chris, and how they find love in a HOPELESS PLACE,’ the author writes on Amazon.com. ‘From the moment they meet, their attraction is explosive. They fall hard for each other. They crave each other every minute of the day. However, they just can’t be together. This is a story about love, but it explores the difficulties, sacrifices, and pain that love brings as well.’

Leaving little doubt as to the characters’ real-life counterparts, the author references Chris’ ‘groupie’ Asian girlfriend (who sounds a lot like Karrueche Tran), and Robyn’s best friend ‘Melissa” (seemingly a shout-out to real-life BFF Melissa Forde). But the character Chris’ dark side and domination of Robyn, instead of being a troubling sign of problems to come, is recast as a desirable, even sexy, trait.”

Somehow we doubt this is going to be a bestseller, “J. Lola.”
