People Magazine has officially presented us with the most obvious news of all time: Adam Levine is the Sexiest Man Alive. While we knew this with our first look at his steely blue eyes, we now know that the mag has snagged the Maroon 5 frontman and bestowed the official title upon him for their annual issue.
Carson Daly presented the 34-year-old with a copy of the magazine on Tuesday’s episode of The Voice, and of course, Adam played it like he didn’t know he was sexy, saying: “Carson, you just had that made. That’s not real,” upon seeing the cover.
Yes, Adam, like our lust for you and your tattooed goodness, the cover is very real. In addition to Adam, other gentlemen to make the cut this year were Chris Hemsworth, Hugh Jackman, Idris Elba, Jimmy Fallon, Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Chris Pine, Pharrell Williams, Ronan Farrow, Justin Theroux, and David Beckham.
The issue hits stands on Friday.
