Lady Gaga and Eminem are tearing up the charts.
While Lady Gaga scores another number one album for her ARTPOP release, Eminem’s MMLP2 hits platinum status with over a million copies sold.
According to Billboard, Lady Gaga’s ARTPOP marks the third highest sales week for a female artist in 2013. The “Do What U Want” singer’s album sales follow closely behind Katy Perry’s Prism and Miley Cyrus’ Bangerz album.
On the other hand, Eminem’s MMLP2 earns the second place spot for the second highest debut of 2013, following behind the monstrous sales of Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience.
