First responders on the scene of the fiery crash that killed Paul Walker and the car’s driver Roger Rodas, declared the two dead almost immediately.

Audio from the emergency dispatch call reveals the first firefighters arrived at the scene less than three minutes after the 911 call was placed. According to TMZ, their first communications from the scene cited “two fatalities” and “DOA.”

Emergency responders declared the scene a “Code N” incident, meaning the event was newsworthy and should be handled as such.

According to the autopsy reports released just days after the fatal accident, Walker’s cause of death was trauma from the initial crash, coupled with severe burns from the fire that ignited upon impact.

Six weeks before his fatal accident, Paul stood by his younger brother Caleb as he said “I do.” Walker and his family gathered at Dove Canyon Country Club in Rancho Santa Margarita, California to look on as Caleb wed his long-time girlfriend Stephanie.

Photos show Paul and his 36-year-old brother smiling from ear to ear as they stand arm-in-arm. According to Us Magazine, the wedding was a 14-member party with Paul being the best man. The siblings were also joined by their 25-year-old brother Cody at the head of the aisle. Paul and Cody were photographed sharing a laugh while teaming up to give a speech about their brother.

Since his untimely death, there has been an outpour of prayers and well wishes for the family Paul left behind. A memorial for the late actor was set up at the scene of the crash, but friends, family and fans have planned an even bigger memorial for their fallen friend and fellow victim Roger Rodas.

Thousands of car fanatics will gather this weekend in a huge car rally near the scene of their death. According to TMZ, more than 20,000 people are expected to come out and show their support. City officials have warned locals to avoid the area if at all possible and law enforcement sources told TMZ they’ll be on the lookout for trouble.

Others have taken matters into their own hands when it comes to remembering the Fast and Furious star. Two people have reportedly been busted for stealing parts of the car Paul and Roger died in.

The alleged thieves are said to have stolen a T-top from the car’s roof as it was being towed from the scene. According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, the two men stole the part when the tow truck stopped at a red light. Fortunately, the driver saw them and cooperated with police in identifying the thieves.

So who are the two men bold enough to steal parts from the Porsche Carrera GT? 18-year-old Jameson Witty and an unidentified accomplice. Witty has been arrested. As for his friend? He’s been notified that he’s under arrest and plans to surrender to authorities.

Police found the T-top in Witty’s home. They also uncovered evidence from the theft on Instagram, TMZ reports. Witty posted a photo of the car part with a tell-all caption that read:

“Piece of Paul walkers car, took it off the tow truck at a stop light.”

Not cool, bro.
