Rappers are so disgruntled these days.
D.C. emcee Wale is not happy with the staff members of Complex. Earlier this week, Complex released their 50 Best Albums Of 2013 list, and unfortunately, Wale’s The Gifted album didn’t make the cut.
Shortly after its release, the staff members received a not-so-nice phone call from Wale. In the beginning, Wale spoke very calmly, asking why his album was omitted from the list, but after receiving a passive “stick to the script” answer from a Complex staffer, the “LoveHate Thing” rapper went off, yelling:
“I swear to God I’ll come to that office and start knocking n****s the fuck out!…Alright…I’ll see y’all tomorrow. Get the security ready.”
