Just so you know, America is still arguing about what color Santa Claus is, even though he’s a fictional character. And now Bill O’Reilly is defending Megyn Kelly’s controversial comments about Santa Claus being white. “Miss Kelly is correct. Is Edward Snowden sick of the snow and Russia and ready for some sunshine? The infamous National Security Agency (NSA) whistleblower has written an “open letter to the people of Brazil” offering to help Brazil’s government investigate allegations of U.S. spying, but only if he is granted permanent political asylum. “I’ve expressed my willingness to assist where it’s appropriate and legal, but, unfortunately, the U.S. government has been working hard to limit my ability to do so,” the letter says. So what now? A federal judge ruled on Monday that the National Security Agency (NSA) program that keeps phone records of all Americans’ phone calls most likely violates the Constitution. In short…it’s wrong. Read about it here…[NYT]

So this happened. A Pennsylvania couple spent the past month in jail on drug charges after police found what appeared to be bricks of cocaine in their trunk after they were pulled over for speeding.
