James Holmes may be locked away but it hasn’t stopped him from still shocking the victims families of the tragic Aurora, Co. shooting.

According to TMZ, families of the victims are outraged that his apartment is back on the market. During the shootings, Holmes used his apartment as a lair for his guns, deadly chemicals for homemade napalm and set a bobby trap for police.

The Aurora shooting took 12 lives and injured 70 others in 2012 after Holmes walked into the Aurora, Co. movie theater during a special screening of the The Dark Night Rises. Now, those looking to have a piece of that tragic evening can buy Holmes’ cave.

The landlord is asking $850 a month, boasting the 650 square foot 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is completely renovated and furnished.  There’s no mention about the previous tenant.

Bill Hover’s grandson A.J Boik who was killed during the shooting, believes that the apartment should be burned down.

 “The place should be burned down or bulldozed. He [Holmes] is the epitome of evil and what went on in that building was horrendous … I don’t think anyone would want to stay there if they knew the evil acts that were done.”

Noted killers’ apartments have been glorified in the past, but it looks like everyone is trying to move forward. Do you think it should be destroyed? Let us know, below.
