Mondays suck, especially Mondays that follow a holiday.

We know returning to the office was the ultimate struggle for many of you, and we want to let you know that you’re not alone. If the world was a perfect place, many of us would choose to be on a permanent vacation. But since the world is a cold and terrible place, you were probably forced to march your disgruntled ass into work this morning.

So in honor of your pain and displeasure, we rounded up the 28 emotions you felt walking into work this morning. We’re pretty sure you hated your life today, so confirm your suspicions below.

1. You kick off Sunday Funday with so much energy.

2. Then you return home for a little R&R (rest and relaxation)

3. Maybe, watch some Sunday Night Football.

4. Or indulge in a few episodes of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

5. Next thing you know…the clock strikes 12 and you realize this fairytale of a holiday is over.

6. Causing you to have a moment of rebellion.

7. The you realize you may need sleep…

8. but curse the idea of returning to work.

9. Because you had so much fun during the holiday break.

10. You struggle to come to terms that the holiday is gone. It’s done.

11. So you cry yourself to sleep.

12. Five minutes later (or what feels like 5 minutes)…

13. You’re forced to face reality.

14. But you hit snooze….

15. Twice (to buy more time of course.)

16. Eventually you get up, but not before knocking over everything in your house.

17. Your commute to work is…well…

18. When you arrive to your office….You want to do two things, either:

20. But when your boss greets you…you pretend like you’re happy to be back.

21. But you could care less.

22. To get through the day…

23. You browse the internet.

24. Check your Instagram.

25. and talk on group chat with your friends.

26. Next thing you know…

27. The day is over.

28. Pat yourself on the back…(or dance).
