“Y’all live for bitches and blunts, we live for weed and money.”

With his latest release, rising Tennessee rapper Isaiah Rashad pays homage to Master P’s late brother Kevin Miller, who was shot and killed during a robbery in 1995.

“I need diamond teeth/ living like it’s 1998/ Like when Percy was the king/ back when Juve was the great,” raps Isaiah.

The newest member of TDE is gearing up to release his forthcoming EP Civilia. His fellow Top Dawg members, ScHoolboy Q and Kendrick Lamar, are both scheduled to release new albums this year.

ScHoolboy Q’s forthcoming Oxymoron album drops February 25, but there’s still no word on Kendrick’s sophomore project.

The TDE emcee is one to watch this year, so take a listen to his tribute to Kevin Miller down under.
