The boys of One Direction usually keep their names out of the negative media, but things might be taking a different turn.
Liam Payne of the hit boy band recently came under fire when he tweeted at Duck Dynasty‘s Willie Robertson in support of his “family values.”
This is pretty dicey considering the cast member recently made comments comparing homosexuality to bestiality during a GQ Magazine interview, so support from Liam might not be the best impression.
Liam tweeted:

After receiving tons of backlash from gay supporters, Liam had to tweet his own disclosure for his comment:
Being a fan of someones show and the way they still hold a family together doesnt mean i am ok with all they say.

The popular A&E show has currently dropped in viewer numbers from the premiere of their 5th season, but they still brought in 8.5 million views.
