Bill Cosby is a legend in more ways than one, but his classic TV series The Cosby Show is something the world will never forget. Now, 76-year-old Bill is all set to make a big TV comeback with a new NBC family comedy, as he will develop and star in a half-hour sitcom produced by Tom Werner.

In November, Bill told Yahoo TV that he was eager to develop another family comedy that:

“Would [satisfy] the people who have come to me in public places and said, ‘Can’t you put something on that I can watch?'”

He continued:

“There is a viewership out there that wants to see comedy, and warmth, and love, and surprise, and cleverness, without going into the party attitude.”

In other TV news, Nicole Ari Parker is all set to join the cast of TNT’s legal drama Murder in the First. The drama offers a glance at the modern workings of the justice system, and Nicole will be acting alongside costars Taye Diggs and Kathleen Robertson. Read up on her role here.

Meanwhile, Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus got caught up in a hilarious prank. Thanks to his costar Andrew Lincoln and super fan Nick Santonastasso, Norman gets to meet zombies in real life. Check out the hilarity that ensued via the video below:
