Prince is playing no games when it comes to his music.

The legendary musician has filed a lawsuit against 22 Facebook users for copyright infringement. Prince claims 22 Facebook users posted bootleg links of his live shows.

Prince is seeking $1 million in damages from each user. If he wins the lawsuit, Prince will collect $22 million. Unfortunately, only two of the 22 users are named specifically. Other users are only identified by their usernames.

This isn’t the first time Prince has filed a lawsuit for copyright infringement. In 2007, the “Breakfast Can Wait” singer filed a lawsuit against The Pirate Bay on similar claims and was denied compensation.

Over the course of his career, Prince has been very protective of his music’s integrity. Most of the “Purple Rain” singer’s music cannot be found on video sites like YouTube, etc.
