Miley Cyrus recently sat down with Jay Leno on The Tonight Show and to our surprise, she was all covered up. As she and Leno joked, Miley talked all ’bout her Bangerz tour, and also gave some friendly advice to Justin Bieber, who has recently been arrested for allegedly drag racing under the influence.
“You’ve got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don’t get in trouble and party at your house,” Cyrus advised Bieber. “Buy a house, and add a club to it.”
We guess that’s one solution…
The “Adore You” singer, who’s no stranger to scandal, shared that she basically has no regrets from her teenage years. She explained:
“It’s funny because today, I was looking at—my fans put all these people’s mug shots up, and they were like, ‘I don’t see a Miley mug shot yet!’ I get the most flak of anybody. I’m not doing anything illegal! I’m doing a lot of s–t but I’m not doing anything illegal! So that’s all right. Everything I do is legal in California.”
