No modern day rapper has more songs than 2 Chainz.

And when we say songs, we mean songs that just flat out go. The best way to realize this is by going to a 2 Chainz show and paying attention to the tracks that he doesn’t perform.

Last night, the rapper and his “2 Good To Be T.R.U.” tour rolled into the decaying Roseland Ballroom. 2 Chainz went for nearly two hours, and he didn’t do “Beez in the Trap;” he didn’t do “One Day at a Time;” he didn’t do “Yuck!;” he didn’t do “SupaFreak;” and he didn’t do “Like Me,” all concert favorites over the years.

None of that mattered: last night’s show was incredible, because he has so many more songs, whether it’s his feature verses or tracks off of his two solo albums.

B.O.A.T.S II: Me Time, which came out in September, is the rapper’s latest album. And although it somewhat underperformed at the Soundscanthe B.O.A.T.S II songs got some of the strongest responses of the night: “Fork,” “Feds Watching,” “Netflix,” “U Da Realest,” and the banging “Used 2” were all crowd faves last night.

2 Chainz came to the concert bearing many gifts. Making appearances at the show were A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg, Chinx Drugs and French Montana (who performed “Feelings,” which newcomer Chinx struggled with), August Alsina and Trey Songz.

The highlight came when NYC legend Cam’ron came out for a few secs (with cape and all) and performed the beautiful “I Really Mean it.”

Pusha T also came out during 2 Chainz’s set. That was not a surprise; the rapper was already in the venue, because he opened up the tour. But when it comes to performing, Pusha is no 2 Chainz.

Pusha, rocking all black, performed for about 40 minutes, running through many album cuts off of his My Name is My Name LP. He didn’t get the response Chainz would get, mainly because he just doesn’t have the songs.

Either way, if you’re debating whether or not you wanna see the Hair Weave Killa when he pops up in your neighborhood, don’t. Just go.
