Even though there’s been claims that the police reports in Justin Bieber‘s DUI case might have been botched, it looks like the pop star was in fact committing a crime the night he was arrested in Miami, before he was caught by police.
TMZ reported a couple of weeks ago that the Believe singer was speeding when police pulled him over, then there were reports he wasn’t speeding at all, well, the site is now reporting that authorities can see Justin Bieber was driving at speeds of nearly 108mph on his way out to a nightclub that evening.

The red line is from the readout — the color appears when the RPM reaches an extreme limit.
Bieber arrived at Set nightclub at 2:27 AM, stayed an hour and then drove away.
Cops claim Bieber was drag racing, but the read shows otherwise — in the middle of the so-called drag race, he was cruising at 27 MPH — under the speed limit.
While he awaits his fate in the DUI case, Justin has been reportedly spending time with another new girl.
After some drama between him and ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez played out this week, rumor has it that he is getting serious fast with dancer Katherine Gazda.
A source told The Sunday Mirror:
‘Their relationships has been very up and down because she can’t stand the way he has been behaving recently. She is desperately trying to help him through all the scandal and regain his clean-cut image.’
They added: ‘She is begging him to settle down but she’s tired of being played off against another girl.’
We don’t know for sure what’s going on between these two, but we do know that Katherine is a fan of the Biebs’ music, since she’s made a dance video to his song “Beauty And A Beat.” -___-
