Drumroll please…the award for this month’s sexiest cover man goes to…Jared Leto.
The 42-year-old actor/recording artist covers the latest issue of Flaunt Magazine and he is HOT in every sense of the word. Leto was just nominated for an Oscar and also snagged a Golden Globe award for his portrayal (as Rayon, a transgender AIDS patient) in the film Dallas Buyers Club. And by the looks of these photos, it’s safe to say that if there was an award for best dressed actor, he’d take that too.
In his magazine spread, Jared serves up serious sophistication, sporting Alexander McQueen, Dolce & Gabbana and Michael Kors. In the accompanying interview, he spoke openly about his film career, his life as a recording artist, and his decision to take risks along the way.

On taking risks in his film career:
“Films where we had the right intentions. Independent art house films that we all had high hopes for, but fell short. Gaining sixty-seven pounds for Chapter 27. Yeah, I think I’m willing to risk everything. I don’t say that with any conceits. I say that as a fact.”
On his character Rayon:
“I made it very clear early on that I saw Rayon as a man who wanted to live his life as a woman, not someone who enjoyed putting on women’s clothing. If they wanted that kind of performance or anything glam, or anything drag queen-y—I wasn’t the person for the part.”
On his career as an actor and an artist:
“It’s back to that same old issue of corruption. Treating artists unfairly. The funny thing is, there’s enough to go around.”
