Kim Kardashian’s income of designer gifts for North West is about to start streaming real thin, as it turns out North has yet to wear any designer clothing.
During an interview with People Magazine, Kim reveals that despite the dozens of Instagram uploads of tiny size designer threads gifted from her fashion friends, North is just wearing cotton in these streets.
“North has actually not worn anything designer yet! Kids get dirty. She’ll spit up. She moves around so much. I saw this one cute dress that was $500 and I was like, ‘Absolutely not!’ I just want her in little onesies or leggings. Comfort is everything,” says Kardashian, who favors neutral onesies for North, whose style she describes as “simple, classic and really chic.”
WAIT a minute, North is a few months old and has style that is “classic” and “chic?” Of course, all this talk about North was happening in relation to the Kardashian Kids Kollection that the family plans on releasing early next month, a process Kim admits she didn’t have much insight into prior to giving birth to her own child.
“I could tell what I thought was cute [before having North] but it’s such a different thing when you have a baby of your own, I want soft fabrics and easy access to change a diaper.”
