Results from Philip Seymour Hoffman’s autopsy reveal that The Hunger Games star died from mixing a cocktail of deadly drugs.
The medical examiner just released the official cause of death — listing “acute mixed drug intoxication” as the reason PSH died earlier this month.
The examiner lists heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines (anti-anxiety) and amphetamines (uppers like Adderall).
The mixing of drugs, sometimes referred to as “speedballing” was the same mixture that caused the deaths of Chris Farley, River Phoenix, and John Belushi.
