Russell Simmons has a new a book in stores this week: it’s called Success Through Stillness: Meditation Made Simple, and Uncle Rush has been making the media rounds.

One of the more fun interviews came this morning when Rush appeared on the world’s most dangerous morning show, The Breakfast Club.

Russell was on the show for about an hour and spoke about a number of different things: meditation techniques, his many dates with younger women, his upcoming business opportunities and his views on the N-word.

He even touches on Kanye West’s rants and what he thinks of rap music nowadays. (He really loves YG, Jeezy and Rich Homie Quan’s “My Nigga“).
