Whoever says girls can’t rock sneakers is wrong–Exhibit A: Lily Allen.
While strolling through Soho, Lily put her best foot forward in a pair of Air Jordan IIIs, affirming the fact that fly kicks are not just for the fellas. With an upcoming LP titled Sheezus, we think it’s safe to assume she’s a Kanye fan and is taking a page out of the ‘Ye style rulebook by wearing one of his favorite pairs of sneakers.
The “Alfie” singer kept it casual in an oversized sweater from Ashish, with sequins that added a girly touch to the tomboyish ‘fit. Distressed denim and a $5,500 Chanel bag completed the look.
So the next time you’re feeling sporty, just remember the three S’s: sequins, skinny jeans and sneakers, and show the boys how it’s done.
